The Senate approves temporary the Unemployment Extension for March 2010 and agrees to extend the policy for unemployment assistance for the current course of the economy.
The voting results obtained are 78-19 vote; results are obtained after Republican Senator Jim Bunning relented under Democratic and get small support from the republican itself. In the beginning congress meeting Senator Jim Bunning blocked the extension agreement for unemployment benefits.
Right now, it’s depends on President Obama to sign the result of a decision, it’s passed or not.
